INGREDIENTES: 2 cumbucas de melancia madura picada em cubinhos, 1 pitada de sal, 3 paus de canela bem fininhos e pequeninos, 3 colheres de (sopa) de gengibre em pó, 3 colheres de (sopa) bem cheias de fermentado acético vinho tinto, 3 colheres de (sopa) de açúcar demerara, 5 colheres de (sopa) de melado de cana, 3 flores de aniz estrelado, 2 cravos e 2 colheres de (sopa) de Ghi ou manteiga.
MODO DE FAZER: Derreta o Ghi e acrescente o gengibre. Apure rapidamente. Acrescente os demais ingredientes e deixe apurar em fogo brando. Por último, a pitada de sal.
